Chef George Blogg, who got his training at the hands of Phil Howard and David Everitt-Matthias, takes the landscape as the starting point for his brand of thoughtful and effortlessly elegant English cooking. He has flawless ingredients at his disposal: fruit and vegetables from the famous kitchen garden and seafood from the south coast.
