The culinary vision here is that of the self-taught Jordi Artal, who operates one of the most personal kitchens in the city. The only offerings are tasting menus of eight or eleven courses, available at both lunch and dinner. The most dazzling room to dine in is the one that houses the chef’s table for eight people and offers a direct view of a kitchen. The wine cellar has more than 1,000 bottles featuring only Spanish wineries. This restaurant has just reopened in a new, larger location.
