The former stables of an ancient abbey act as the backdrop for this fine dining experience. Marcello Crini and Allegra Antinori opened this restaurant on the family’s famous estate in 2000. Chefs Matia Barciulli and Nicola Damiani offer a refined version of the cooking of the countryside, with a short menu dedicated to grilled meat. The large wine list offers all of the labels produced by the Antinori family by the glass, including both Tignanello and Solaia.
