Making this red colored house particularly charming on those days. This is where Alessandro Dal Degan runs his gourmet empire, which includes a food shop, a trattoria and a fine dining restaurant. In the latter, he offers a clever expression of the local terroir, filled with herbs, smoky flavors and tastes reminiscent of Nordic cuisine. The chef is health conscious, and his desserts avoid sugar. The wine list offers close to 1,000 Italian and foreign labels, many at advantageous prices.
