Lara Martín and Álvaro Garrido are some of the nicest people you will meet in the world of fine dining. They set up this restaurant, located in the old access gallery of the iron mine of San Luis in 2006. Working from an open kitchen, Álvaro delivers diners a series of small plates – Spanish market cuisine prepared with a Japanese sensibility – while Lara supervises the dining room, making sure her guests remain happy. The wine list offers a careful selection of bottles from mostly small producers.
