The jewel in the crown of the Sethi family’s restaurant empire (see Hoppers, Brigadiers, etc.), Gymkhana draws inspiration from colonial India’s high-society sports clubs. Game and “secondary” cuts are the kitchen’s hallmark. The kid-goat methi keema with buttered buns and brains has been on since day one. Also not to be missed: wild muntjac biryani and the partridge pepper fry with malabar paratha. Beverages are in keeping with the theme – punches, lassis, G&Ts and quinine sours.
