From a spectacular location on Pier One in the heart of the port of Málaga, José Carlos García runs this beautiful restaurant. He has been at the forefront of Málagan cuisine for many years, offering a menu that fuses local products with traditional recipes and contemporary technique. The Sueños ("Dreams") tasting menu provides a gastronomic tour of more than 20 creations in which sea and land are intertwined. The stars are his version of white gazpacho and any of the numerous preparations of fish on offer.
