This restaurant, an hour’s drive through the mountains north of Marbella, is situated in the center of the lovely medieval village of Ronda, a stone’s throw from the main square. Benito Gómez’s cuisine reflects the timeless nature of the surroundings. Creations are delicate but still feature distinct flavors. There are two seasonal menus of different lengths, each available with separate wine pairings. The menus evolve according to the seasons, and it is a good place to sample the work of the region’s small producers.
