La Salita occupies an old Valencian house from the 18th century in Valencia’s hip Ruzafa district. Begoña Rodrigo relies on the Valencian larder, expressing the locally sourced ingredients in subtle ways that, in some cases, might go unnoticed. Rodrigo utilizes his great personality and a vast knowledge of global culinary concepts to craft three different tasting menus, including one for vegans. If the weather is good, you can opt to dine on the terrace. A well-stocked wine list includes 400 labels.
