After spending ten years as the executive chef at Aponiente, Juanlu Fernández opened this restaurant in the center of Jerez de la Frontera. The concept is distinct: combining classic French haute cuisine with Andalusian culture, and thus creating a unique and distinctive culinary language. The kitchen is situated in the center of the restaurant, with tables ringing walls decorated with an Alice in Wonderland theme. The wine list pays special attention to those produced in Jerez, but you can also find labels from France and other parts of Spain. An extremely ambitious undertaking for a young chef.
