- This vegetable-centric restaurant is a cozy, personal space where Chef Xavier Pellicer focuses on the concept of the healthy kitchen. Though both fish and chicken can be found on his menu, most dishes center on the biodynamically raised produce that Pellicer sources daily. There are four tasting menus on offer, including one geared for vegetarians and another for vegans. The wine list, created by excellent sommelier Albert Pérez-Esteban, continues the biodynamic theme and has an excellent selection of natural wines.
