Owned by the same restaurant group that runs the wonderful seafood restaurant Cañabota, this foray into market cuisine by chef Pedro Giménez and his brothers Eduardo and Jaime results in a cozy, elegant and contemporary restaurant. Traditional Andalusian recipes and magnificent raw materials combine to create a menu that offers a wide range of dishes, as well as a long list of daily specials. Carefully prepared with a slightly creative touch, dishes often feature the extraordinary-quality seafood that is sourced off the coast of nearby Cádiz.
