Former blogger Eduard Ros opened this unusual restaurant in 2018. The plan was to work alone, taking care of both the cooking and the service. He found the perfect place in a former carpentry shop in the city's Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighborhood. Made up of a single bar inspired by a Japanese tavern, the intimate setting allows him to convey his passion for great ingredients (which he selects personally each day) and great wines to his guests in set menus that are constantly changing.
