Fabio Gambirasi, a chef from Milan, and Roser Asensio, a therapist specializing in alternative medicine, fell in love while walking the Camino de Santiago. Both are passionate about gastronomy and nature, so they decided to open this restaurant, near the Park Guell, that blends Catalan ingredients into a cuisine that combines Mediterranean and Modern Milanesa elements. Though the menu seems simple and on the casual side, we suggest you order the tasting menu, which consists of ten small dishes that perfectly express Fabio’s unique blend of Spanish and Italian cuisine.
