To say that Niko Romito is prolific is an understatement. Alongside his Il Reale in Abruzzo, one of the top restaurants in Italy, he has also created a successful culinary school, opened a series of casual restaurants under the name Spazio, and started a bakery and a roadside cafe/deli named ALT. Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, which he has opened in partnership with Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, is his take on making hotel dining more refined. Unsurprisingly, a chic crowd loves the flawless execution of classic dishes like lasagna, veal milanese and tiramisù.
