The décor is a nod to the villeggiaturas (extended holidays) enjoyed along the Romagna coast, with the perfect combination of elegance and playfulness. The same spirit pervades the original cuisine, which features dishes such as la zuppiera – a take on the classic local fish soup; the fish is served raw on the plate and pasta is spooned over it with a ladle – and monkfish au gratin with parsley and snails.
