Review for this restaurant

At this restaurant, founded by Manuel del Rey in 1956, you will find the best flamenco show in Madrid. David García, a veteran of numerous top restaurants in the city, runs the kitchen. His menu is filled with tasty creations, like smoked cheesecake with fried cherry tomatoes and bits of salted fish or pigeon cooked two ways with a soft buckwheat risotto. A well-thought-out wine list is complemented by one of the most impressive collections of sherries in Spain. Being open on Sunday evening is a plus.
