Opened in 2022 by a new restaurant group and featuring a spectacular outside space accessed by an imposing travertine marble staircase, Vesta – named after the ancient temple of the Vestal Virgins – attempts to bring the magic of Langosteria to the Brera, going as far as hiring the executive chef of the Lagonsta Café to run the kitchen. Like its inspiration, the menu focuses on the fruits of the sea, done with simplicity: minimal cooking in the Mediterranean tradition, an impressive oyster selection, raw seafood in imposing plateau royals and perfect classics such as Dover sole meunière.
