Founded in 1966 by Vittorio Cerea, today the restaurant is run by his wife Bruna and her five children. In 2005 the family moved the restaurant from its original location in Bergamo to a grand pavilion in Brusaporto. The focus is on elegant preparations of fish and seafood, and the quality the restaurant sources is so exquisite it is difficult to imagine the you are eating more than 125 from a major body of water. The cellar holds thousands of bottles, including a Bordeaux blend from the vineyards surrounding the restaurant.
