One of the most entertaining, optimistic restaurants in Italy is located in the gastronomically quiet city of Turin. Born from a partnership between the genius Adrià brothers and the patrons of culinary arts, the Lavazza family of coffee fame, it is an Italian iteration of the Tickets experience in Barcelona, with the talented Federico Zanasi at the helm. The menu is a mix of small bites and sharing plates served at a dizzying pace: A little of it is pure Adrià – for example, the fake olives; the rest are Zanasi’s Italian creations, with some molecular sprinkles on top.
