Review for this restaurant

Since 1982, chef Teresa and Teodosio Buongiorno have been running this restaurant in the Carovigno. The rooms have an elegant but rustic feel, serving as a counterpoint to the region’s baroque architecture. Teresa’s cooking pays homage to the area’s ingredients; a good example is a dish of fusilli with a ragu of lamb and ricotta. Wine from the family’s estate is on offer, and the list also includes a large selection of bottles, with an especially good group of champagnes.
