The terrace of the Eden Hotel allows diners to enjoy a nearly unobstructed view of the eternal city. Fabio Ciervo, a former pupil of culinary giants Martin Berasategui and Michel Roux, runs the restaurant’s open kitchen with precision. The menu offers the type of classic and international dishes. Like spaghetti with Pecorino cheese, Madagascar pepper and rosebuds, one expects to find at a restaurant in a luxury hotel. A short but competent wine list is nice, as is the highly professional service.
