At his brand-new restaurant near Campo de’ Fiori, chef Ciro Scamardella has added the twist of his Neapolitan origins to a menu that is strongly tied to Roman cooking. Pipero runs the service with great personality and humor, and watches over the well-stocked cellar including offering numerous great wines by the glass.
