This charming hotel is located on the enchanting Aeolian island of Salina, a 90-minute trip by hydrofoil from Messina. Martina Caruso runs the kitchen, and her intelligent cuisine relies on the sea for inspiration; a good example is her spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino, which she spikes with seafood juice and parsley. The welcome is always warm, and an excellent wine list accompanies Caruso’s cuisine. The views from the restaurant’s terrace are amazing.
