The modern tapas creations on offer at this restaurant in the center of Marbella are reminiscent of the playfulness found at the tapas bars in San Sebastian. Though you can order any of the creations of David Olivas’s kitchen a la carte, we suggest you order the Menu Algamar, which includes 11 different dishes, such as a consommé of bull Thai-style served with white shrimp, smoked eel and a cured egg yolk or a loin of Wagyu beef with potato risotto. Fabián Villar runs the bar at this fun and cozy establishment.
