If you love the way your Spanish grandmother cooked, you must visit Dani Carnero’s restaurant, where he recreates the aromas, textures and flavors of the days of old by cooking on an old-fashioned wood-burning oven. The room offers two spaces: a small bar area near the entrance, with a few small tables, and a 6-person counter that allows you to enjoy the aromas wafting from the pots that have been simmering on the fire for hours. There are two menus on offer: the 13-dish Menu Memoria and the 16-dish Gran Menu Memoria.
