This beautiful restaurant is where Asturian chef Ricardo González Sotres serves contemporary Asturian cuisine. Highlighting local products from the sea, the mountains and nearby gardens, the creative dishes showcase innovative flavors that are enhanced by cutting-edge techniques. There are two tasting menus on offer, including a tenth-anniversary menu featuring a dish created for each year the restaurant has been open, or you can order some of the classic dishes like pita de caleya (duck with rice and fabadas) from the à la carte menu.
