The Voro restaurant is located inside the five-star Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, which is built in the style of a luxurious Mallorcan village. Chef Álvaro Salazar offers two different tasting menus: VORO-15 service and DEVORO-20 service. His recipes mix popular Balearic cuisine with the flavors of the chef’s native Andalusia in dishes like a seafood salad that is finished with Palo Cortado sherry. A wine cellar offering more than 400 national and international references completes the experience.
