At his already popular Alkimia, Jordi Vilà has created a restaurant within a restaurant. Set in a private room on the opposite side of the entrance from the main dining room, it is dedicated to serving contemporary versions of traditional Catalan cuisine. The menu lacks pretension and features Jordi's special take on dishes like gratin macaroni, caramelized onion, a variety of rice dishes and a roast chicken that is second to none. You'll often find Jordi's friends and frequent customers enjoying a meal in this Catalan home-away-from-home.
