Twin brothers Javier and Sergio Torres are media superstars in Spain. In order to capitalize on their fame, they closed their first restaurant, Dos Cielos, and opened what is arguably the most beautiful restaurant in the country. At this space, the Torres brothers invite you into their kitchen—no, we mean literally. The entire restaurant is a giant kitchen surrounded by tables, creating an immersive experience for guests. The contemporary Spanish cuisine includes the occasional Modern European influence and will appeal to a more international clientele then some of the more avant-garde restaurants in the city.
