The little brother of Mont Bar, to which it is adjacent, has created a personality of its own. The seasonal product is provided by small, local producers, and the dishes are intended for sharing. If you can grab a seat at the bar, you can watch the chefs send out plates of inventive fusion preparations like deep-fried prawns with smoked kimchi, hake cheeks in pil-pil sauce with chicken marinade or steak tartare with foie gras and ponzu. They offer a wide range of wines – more than 150 references – with many available by the glass.
