After the Adrià brothers ended their partnership, the Iglesias brothers were left with the space that used to be the legendary Tickets. They brought in a new partner and created Teatro, hiring Oliver Peña, the former head chef of Tickets, to run the kitchen. The fun atmosphere remains, as does is a menu featuring avant garde creations that refer to classic dishes, like macadamia nut cloud with El Claustre cheese, nori, foie gras and eel tartlet or Arabian lamb tacos. There’s a wine list, but the extensive list of progressive cocktails is the way to go.
