Located on a promontory overlooking the Bay of Biscay, the sumptuous setting serves as an appropriate backdrop for Subijana's seasonal cuisine featuring avant-garde techniques. Pedro offers three different menus: One features more traditional dishes, while the others focus on his latest creations. The cellar, with its classical style, is another strong point.
