Despite the number of impressive places where the duo have worked in the past, they have made their mark at a two-star hotel in Casas-Ibáñez, a small village 45 minutes from Albacete on the road to Valencia. Their cuisine focuses on the forgotten ingredients of Castilla-La Mancha; the two chefs apply their highly technical skills to recipes from the past that they update for contemporary palates.
