This restaurant, located an hour north of Barcelona, is the flagship of the group run by Nandu Jubany and his wife, Anna. It is nestled in a beautiful environment, and the cuisine is a tribute to the Catalan landscape, which is often overlooked in favor of its French neighbor to the north. Nandu is obsessed with the seasons: mushrooms, fish and a variety of game birds are combined with traditional dishes such as hare à la royale. When truffles are in season, do not miss the local ones here, especially the whole truffle cooked a la papillote.
