By working their orchards, fields, and bakery, as well as the various herds that graze on their farm, the Rovira family closes the circle between producer and restaurant. The cuisine, perfectly balanced between traditional and nouvelle preparations, is as authentic as it gets. The vegetables, pork sausages (the house-made sobrassada with honey is one of Spain’s greatest dishes), mushrooms and game (in season) come together to create a menu filled with sensory pleasure. Spending the evening in the adjacent hotel makes for the ultimate Catalan farm experience.
