In this elegant and cozy gastronomic space, you can enjoy a new style of cooking, all done according to the seasonal products. You can choose between his two tasting menus and dishes offered à la carte. Classic dishes are the suckling pig sandwich with potatoes and ham leaves or the nigiri with veal anticucho (veal heart skewers), with ají panca (Peruvian red pepper) and sweet potato.
