The Madrid outpost from Rafa Zafra is based on the same principle as his wonderful Barcelona restaurant: simple but modern preparations that express the purity of the ingredients. Most of the fish and seafood comes from the Costa Brava, where the Gotanegra family selects what will be served at the restaurant on that day. What the Mediterranean does not offer, such as clams, barnacles or oysters, is complemented with products from the Galician and Andalusian coasts. Rafa’s background working at El Bulli, which he relies on to create a more modern seafood menu, makes this a unique experience.
