It has been close to 40 years since Enekorri opened its doors to become one of the gastronomic highlights of Navarra. The province is known for its vegetables, considered the best in the country, and dishes such as sauteed borage and potatoes with red pepper vinegar mean you will have a difficult time finding a place in the region that offers better quality. Recipes are both traditional yet sophisticated, and the wine cellar lists more than 350 different labels. A calm, modern atmosphere where wood and glass furniture and discreet lighting round out the experience.
