The soaring glass ceiling, hanging lanterns and tumbling foliage make the dining room at the NoMad Hotel London in Covent Garden one of the most spectacular in the city (it was once the Bow Street Magistrates’ Court). It’s a fitting setting for modern luxury dining with a transatlantic accent. The signature, imported from the mothership in New York, is the chicken for two stuffed with foie gras, brioche and truffle; for something lighter, try Cornish crab and Meyer lemon tagliatelle, oysters and verjus mignonette or carrot tartare. Located in the heart of Theatreland and open seven days a week.
