This glitzy Art Deco restaurant inside the Savoy Hotel has been serving roast beef from a trolly for more than 125 years. Gordon Ramsay has run the restaurant since 2003 (Mark Turner is the head chef), and his menu is filled with opulent British classics like a classic beef Wellington with red wine jus, Sladesdale Farm duck a l’Orange and the iconic smoked haddock Arnold Bennet soufflé, which was invented at the restaurant in the 1920s, as well as a variety of British beef and an ale-and-treacle-cured pork chop.
