The story of JKS Restaurants (Gymkhana, Hoppers and co.) started in 2008 when founder Karam Sethi signed a deal to launch an outpost of Mumbai seafood institution Trishna in Marylebone Village. A decade and a half later, Trishna is a beloved neighborhood restaurant, majoring in smart Indian food with a focus on fish. The wine program is ambitious too, and there’s a pairing for every dish, be it Riesling Spätlese with the Kashmiri morels, or South African Viognier with the signature Dorset brown crab and black pepper.
