This aristocratic property on the Isle of Skye off the northwest coast of Scotland has been in the Macdonald family since the 1970s. Roux-trained Marcello Tully, who took over the kitchen in 2007, champions produce from across the Highlands and Islands, such as Black Isle lamb, Stornoway black pudding and South Uist hot-smoked salmon. This is picture-postcard Scotland, right down to the roaring fires, cozy armchairs, kippers and award-winning porridge.
