Timberyard is a family affair for the Radfords, whose previous restaurants Atrium and Blue are remembered fondly. Five members of the family are involved now, including parents Andrew and Lisa and, behind the stove, eldest son Ben. A photographer by training, the latter channels something of the new Nordic spirit into the stripped-back warehouse space, showcasing the work of local producers and foragers in tasting menus featuring BBQ skate, Jerusalem artichoke, capers, and cockles, and sea buckthorn sorbet with buttermilk. Natural wines only.
