One of the new breed of bucolic getaways, Coombeshead Farm is a working farm, guesthouse, restaurant and bakery set in east Cornwall. It’s the co-creation of Pitt Cue ex- chef and mangalitza pig whisperer Tom Adams and New York chef April Bloomfield. Dinner is a five-course set menu, opening with snacks at 7:00 p.m. Talk about farm to table: Everything that can be produced, reared or butchered on-site is. Coombeshead’s own hams, sourdough and butter are venerated. Those who spend the night get to savor the epic breakfast.
